At Murakami everything begins and ends with Safety. This is a stand-alone department reporting to the President of the company to ensure that we work safe and respect the environment in which we are responsible.

The Injection team is the first step in creating high quality components for our mirrors. We have a variety of injection machines ranging from 350-550 tons that supply components to our paint and assembly departments.

The Paint department utilizes state-of-the-art automation equipment to create a superior Class A finished product. We are focused on creating a culture where safety, quality, continous improvement, and team memeber development, is how we operate everyday.

Assembly is a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Using top-of-the-line robotics, next-generation vision detection systems, and leading-edge product flow racks, you will be primed for success.

Production Control manages the flow of work and the safe movement of material and components throughout the plant. We work closely with each department to make sure everything is prepared so we can ship "just in time" to our customer.

Quality products bring long-term success through customer satisfaction and continual growth in our business. The team is focused on built-in quality for all our products. We operate in conjunction with the new standards of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

The Design team develops product that both excites the customer and meets their very stringent requirements. Our Engineering team designs and develops the equipment and processes required to make our mirrors. Tools such as Catia and 3D printers are used to speed up the process in order to meet customer requirements.

The Maintenance team oversees the grounds, facility, utilities, and all direct and indirect manufacturing systems. They are a team capable of troubleshooting and repairing issues that require an understanding of fabrication, electrical, programming, plumbing, HVAC as well as many other disciplines.

The Tooling team is responsible for all our injection molds. They perform preventive maintenance, design changes, and tool repairs. They also assist in the design and creation of jigs and fixtures that are used throughout the plant. Members of this team are trained in design, mathematics, and machining.

These departments consist of team members with a wide range of expertise who are responsible for securing orders, developing our people, procuring material, and managing the finances.
